Lailyn blends global insight with local experience to create meaningful employment connections and care-focused placements across Canada.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Business, she launched her career in 2007, building a reputation for integrity, innovation, and community-minded service.
Her journey from migrant to mentor reflects the heart of Grace Way’s mission — uplifting both employers and workers through trust and opportunity.

With over a decade of experience in managing and placing housekeepers, caregivers, nurses, and healthcare support staff, Evelyn has become known for her calm approach, sharp instincts, and dedication to ethical hiring. Her decisions are rooted in her deep understanding of people — shaped by her professional journey in both the Philippines and Canada.
